Bunds have to be lined in accordance with VLAREM II, implying that the contractor needs to guarantee the liquid tightness after application. Incafin nv has the possibility to issue a certificate through an independent engineering office. The liquid tightness protection of bunds, loading and unloading docks for storage of chemicals and combustibles are covered by this regulation.

Only preventive measures guarantee that expensive soil decontamination needn't be performed. By use of Incaline®, a solvent-free fibre-reinforced epoxide resin, a long-term solution can be offered. Depending on the nature of the chemical products, a vinylester resin, combined with Incaline®, is applied as a top layer.
